Our Story

The search for efficiency and better work processes was the starting point for Joakim and Anna Dettner’s extreme development journey and their successful integration into practice since the latter part of the 1990’s.  

As ambitious Dr of Naprapathy’s and personal trainers they challenged the prevailing working and training methods and dared to go their own way. Today, they are the leading experts in strength and conditioning and how to integrate manual medicine treatments with corrective and functional training.  

Due to a increasing interest from colleagues to learn and benefit from their continuously upgraded systematic work process (now called STAC Process), they decided to design an elite training course. STAC Elite Trainer education saw its first light in 2006 (named Master Corrective Functional Trainer until 2010) and yet another great education, STAC Professional for therapists and athletic trainers, was successfully launched in 2011.

Today the STAC Elite Trainer education and our completed students are considered top notch in the health and fitness industry, both by competence, our unique integrated working process and how this is transferred to real results with clients. Regardless of who does the work.
